New to 10 Drills? This is the perfect place to start! Our 10 Drills Circuit is a guided demo class designed to introduce you to everything that makes 10 Drills unique. You'll learn how our station-based workouts work, how to move through each drill, and what to expect during your future workouts. This full-body class is coach-led, beginner-friendly, and gives you a great workout while building confidence with the 10 Drills system. Classes typically run about 45 minutes, including instruction, demonstrations, and the workout itself.
**This is the required introductory class for all new members before receiving 24/7 gym access.
