Welcome to 10 Drills- a results- driven, circuit-style training experience designed to push you, challenge you and make you stronger every single round.
What is 10 drills?
10 Drills is a structured, station-based workout built around 10 intentional drills (3 minutes each) that target strength, endurance and grit- without wasted time. Each station has a QR code with a guided video of each exercise.
You’ll rotate through:
-Strength + conditioning
-Cardio
-Boxing + power drills
-Mobility
-Weight training
-Pilates style movement
-Athletic movements
Every drill has a purpose. Every workout leaves you stronger than when you walked in.
What are the gym hours?
The gym is open 24/7 to members, Get your workout done on your own time. You will receive your own personal door access code.
Are there group classes?
Yes. Every week we post a schedule for group classes. Drop in prices for group classes are $25. There is no membership options for group classes.
